Our entire hotel is barrier-free and has several lifts that connect the various floors.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art photovoltaic system, all our rooms and suites are pleasantly air-conditioned in the warmer months.

The booking is only considered valid following written confirmation on both sides and receipt of the deposit.

Your long-awaited #realtime at Kröll is coming up, and then something gets in the way? We know you’d have much preferred to come on your holiday. In the event of cancellation, the following conditions and deadlines apply:

• If you cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival, your deposit will be converted into a voucher valid for 2 years.
• For cancellations between 28 and 11 days before arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged.
• For cancellations between 10 and 4 days before arrival, 75% of the booked stay will be charged.
• For cancellations from 3 days before arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

The following discounts apply for children and young people staying in their parents’ double room with 2 full-paying adults:

• Children up to 2 years old – 70% discount on the accommodation price (incl. cot)
• Children up to 6 years old – 50% discount on the accommodation price
• Children up to 14 years old – 40% discount on the accommodation price
• Children over 14 years old – 30% discount on the accommodation price

As an alternative to the evening menu, there is a small menu with different dishes for every taste.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the package price must be paid by bank transfer. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be converted into a voucher, valid for 2 years.

If no exact period is specified, any discounts apply for stays of 7 days or more. Furthermore, they cannot be combined with any offers.

Please inform us in advance of any food allergies such as coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, etc. so that we can cater to your needs. We are happy to make these adjustments free of charge. However, we charge an additional fee for special extra dishes.

No refund is provided for missed meals.

Our 3 car parks mean you’ll find plenty of free parking spaces around Kröll, most of which are covered.

We accept payments by debit card, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note that there is a legal limit of €4,999.99 for cash payments.

Upon request, your pets weighing up to 10kg are welcome to join you on holiday at Kröll. We charge an additional fee of €20.00 per night (without food) for your furry companion. Thank you for understanding that your four-legged friend is not allowed access to the pools, spa area, sunbathing lawn, or dining room.

All prices are per person per night including ¾ gourmet board, all our inclusive services, and VAT.
Our prices vary depending on the season, occupancy levels, and current availability. Thanks to this flexible pricing system, we always guarantee you the best price when you request a booking.

Thank you for understanding that, for organisational reasons, we cannot promise you a specific floor or room number.

A supplement of 10% of the package price is charged for stays of 1 or 2 nights.

In accordance with Italian law, smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the hotel. Ashtrays are available for smoking in the outdoor areas.

The Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna lets you explore our beautiful region on all public transport, including bus, train, and selected cable cars, free of charge.

In addition to the package price, a local tax of €3.80 per person (aged 14+) per night is to be paid directly on site. This entitles you to the Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna for free travel on all public transport throughout South Tyrol during your stay.

In your room or suite, you’ll find a wellness bag with bathrobes and towels for cosy spa moments.

You can surf the internet with free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and outdoor areas.
